Sabrina Parker Colwell is an IT Program Manager at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). She serves as the Branch Chief for Digital Innovation and Development DID(IT), in the Office of Information Technology, Systems Delivery Division. DID(it) is a software delivery branch that provides innovative solutions that support the USCIS mission with a portfolio of 35 applications.
