She is the CEO of Katalyst HQ, a strategy, product, and development consulting firm that helps organizations transform ideas into market-ready products and build sustainable strategies for growth. Additionally, she has launched an AI, automation, and education division within Katalyst HQ, called the Agile Product Dojo, which focuses on upskilling and educating business leaders, educators, and college students on AI—preparing them for tomorrow’s jobs today. The firm also provides custom AI and automation services.

Kenyetta’s passion for innovation extends beyond her professional work, as she also serves as the Social Entrepreneur in Residence and Professor of Practice at the Shuford Program, where she teaches “Brand for Social Impact” at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
