Cyndy Yu-Robinson serves as Executive Director of Kramden Institute, a non-profit that builds digital equity by providing affordable computers and digital skills education in North Carolina. Kramden has redistributed more than 57,000 computers to 85 of North Carolina’s 100 counties. Previously, Cyndy served in government relations and communication roles at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for 20 years, as a public engagement specialist at AECOM, and as E.D. of the National Association of Asian American Professionals. She has a B.A. in human biology from Stanford University, and a master’s in international affairs from UCSD. Cyndy grew up in Southeast Asia and graduated from Singapore American School. She and her husband have operated a karate dojo in Raleigh for 20 years.
