Amanda Katona

Amanda is a community advocate at heart. She is Director of Developer and Open Source Engagement at NetApp Instaclustr, which provides a managed platform around open source data technologies. Amanda was previously the Director of Engineering, Cloud Native Community Engagement at VMware. She has also served as Director of Open Source Marketing at {code}, an open source initiative within Dell Technologies. If she’s not working, she’s traveling the world looking for the perfect path less traveled with her daughter.
