Session: Demonstrating Allyship to Women+ in Open Source

This session focused on how open source practitioners of all genders can better demonstrate allyship behaviors to women in open source. In addition to data providing context as to why this is a relevant conversation in open source communities, we will be reflecting on the experiences of women in open source, systemic impact, and offering an opportunity for dialogue among attendees.
