On Monday, October 28 at 2:45-3:30 pm ET, join Alex Williams, the founder and publisher of The New Stack as he looks back at the computer revolution and how it’s intertwined with the dreams of both individuals and communities. He’ll discuss current trends like generative AI that are at the forefront of developers’ minds as they navigate their careers. The battle over keeping popular software like Terraform and Redis open source will also be covered.

What does all this mean for what developers’ jobs five years from now? Ten years from now? Twenty? Come together with us as we learn from the past, assess the present and explore your future as a developer.
